Our team works together to support and collaborate with the Executive Boards and the community members.
EAM has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Receptionist.
This is a full-time role, weekdays 8am to 5pm, and no weekends.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet office guests and direct each as necessary Answer and direct all phone calls Organize and maintain the front desk/front office Inventory office supplies Sort all incoming mail and packages & deliver outgoing mail to the mailbox daily Prepare and clear the conference room before and after meetings Manage access cards systems via a remote system Process correspondence packages as needed Perform various clerical tasks such as scanning and filing as needed Skills and Qualifications necessary are:
Prior experience in the role or related field Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work independently without continued instruction The ideal candidate would be available to begin employment on or before January 8th.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
