JOB SUMMARY As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch, best-in-class customer service and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Answer inbound phone calls in a call center environment from customers and provide assistance, as needed.
Maintain proper documentation to record customer service activity.
Provide regular updates to customers, which may include providing difficult information to customers with confidence and deescalate situations while on the phone.
Record returns, process replacement orders and file shipping claims as needed.
Contact vendors via phone and/or email for return authorizations, invoices and credits while keeping proper documentation of contact with vendors.
Contact customers regarding return issues, payment of open invoices or collections issues.
Identify areas of potential efficiencies and advise supervisor.
Complete additional documentation and specialty project as directed by supervisor.
Assist other team members as needed or when directed by supervisor.
Attend all training and development sessions/classes as directed by supervisor.
This may include technical and sales training.
Communicate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer care strategy.
Work in harmony with all other team members and departments on a regular basis.
Other duties and project, as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree in communications or related field is preferred.
At least 3 years' experience in sales and or customer service is required.
Experience as a supervisor or assistant manager is a plus.
Must be able to work 45 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 6:
30pm.
The customer service team members are required to work at least one longer evening during the week to 6:
30pm.
Have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent follow-up communication with customers and/or vendors.
Be able to stay organized while handling multiple customer service issues.
Have reliable transportation to and from work.
Need to be proficient with Office applications including (Word, Excel, Outlook email, web applications) and have an ability to learn new applications.
Must be able to concentrate and satisfactorily communicate in a call center environment with more than 15-20 other team members.
Must be able to work independently and make decisions.
Regularly required to remain in a stationary seated position for extended periods of time, spend regular hours in from of a computer screen and use a headset while on calls.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
