Saturday, Sunday, 10am-6pm.

Excellent communication skills Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is required.
Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
COVID-19 Vaccine Required Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
We are working around the clock to keep our residents and staff healthy and safe and are following the recommended protocols and guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
We ensure all employees and residents have the required PPE to protect them from potential exposure during this COVID-19 epidemic.
Additionally, Numerous precautions have been implemented in all nursing centers such as temperature and symptom screening, screening all employees, restricting visitors, and enhancing cleaning of high touch surfaces.
