The successful candidate will be a salaried employee of EAM with full benefits.
The agent will be assigned a small portfolio of homeowner/condominium associations to manage which includes all day-to-day management functions of homeowner associations such as handling resident issues and concerns, maintenance, competitive bidding, bill processing and approval, budget preparation, board meeting attendance, serving as a vendor liaison, and providing strategic direction to executive boards on capital projects.
The position will be a hybrid in office/work from home position with two days a week in our corporate office in Lancaster.
In addition, the agent will represent buyers/sellers in real estate transactions and have the benefit of marketing to residents living within associations managed by EAM.
