Job Summary Baron Insurance Group is seeking a full-time, Property & Casualty licensed Commercial Insurance Agent.
This individual will be the relationship manager for a book of small commercial clients and be the primary service manager for the Outside Account Executive(s) and Producer(s) at our Gordonville, PA office location.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties Manage a renewal book of business at designated retention, growth and profitability levels Cross-sell, up-sell existing commercial accounts and ask for Personal Lines and Life referrals Support and service accounts for Commercial Outside Account Executive(s) and Producer(s) Quote, propose and write inbound small commercial new business including bonds for existing accounts Coordinate administrative service tasks to Commercial Insurance Assistant Lead and initiate improvements to the commercial customer service model to improve retention and create capacity for Producers Qualifications and Skills Passionate about Baron Insurance's corporate values Healthy:
